HAJ – 2021 ONLINE HEALTH VERIFICATION COMPLETE STEP by STEP PROCESS

 

Before filling up the Online Health Verification Form pilgrims are advised to carefully go through the Relevant Notification issued by Health Ministry of Saudi Arabia.

Follow this STEP by STEP process for HAJ 2021 online health verification:

1. Go to www.hajcommittee.gov.in

2. Click on “Health Verification - 2021”

3. Enter your Cover Number, Security code and click on “Submit”.

4. Select the check box against pilgrim and fill the Vaccination details i.e., Name of Vaccine, Date of 1st & 2nd Dose etc., upload the Vaccination Certificate (PDF format) and click on “Submit Details”.

5. Above steps are to be repeated for each co-pilgrim.

6. After completion of the above steps Click on “Confirm Detail”.

7. OTP Number will be sent to the Cover Head mobile number. Enter the OTP in the given section and click on “Submit”.
